Sunrise takes the darkness & turns it into light,

Then soon enough the sunset comes and brings us back to night.

 

There are folks who live in darkness & those who need the sun,

Day & night speaks differently to each & every one.

 

The colors of the rainbow or the blueness of the sky,

Are things we all can just accept and never question why?

 

The miracles that they are, although they’ve always been,

are things although spectacular that each of us has seen.

 

The wonder of our very lives & each & every day,

Is something we should hold on to & never throw away.
